Friendly staff, made to feel welcome on arrival, Ali was very helpful and knowledgeable and had a good understanding of our requirements.

I Have been looking for a mattress for quite some time. When I went to your shop on the 5th May Toby was able to explain about all the different mattresses and how they were made up. I was going to but one for about £400.00 but with his knowledge I bought one altogether for £817.00 with no pressure. He is a very pleasant young man with a great deal of knowledge of mattresses. The assistant was very polite and a tentative ...there were a few customers also being served she kept apologising for keeping us waiting and offered tea or coffee. I was very impressed that the salespersons worked as a team offering advise with my choice. Sadly I have had to return to the store as the mattress is too deep for the bedstead. I was very impressed with their help yesterday helping with an exchange. Very friendly but efficient.

Laura at the Bromley store was patient trying to understand our needs and matching with the various options available in store. She was very knowledgeable asked us hw close we were to what we were looking for till we found the perfect bed right for us. Although slightly over budget it was able to work. I do hope she carries on doing well. First time being in the store and very impressed. Thankful I went in store rather than online.

The sales assistant Toby gave me time to browse before approaching me to offer tea or coffee. Checked what I was looking for then suggested a number of mattresses that were of the type I was looking for. He also checked what type of pillow I used a home to try to replicate my sleep experience. Very friendly and not too pushy.
