Dreams - New Bromley

From the moment we entered the store we were greated in a friendly way. The gentleman who served us was very knowledgeable and understanding of our needs, Ali listened to everything that we needed and showed us around the showroom explaining every aspect of the beds he showed us. I would highly recommend this store.

Me and my girlfriend were assisted by Ali on our trip to the Bromley store and he was very welcoming and friendly. He was really helpful and had god knowledge of all your products which made our decision a lot easier. Bromley is an all round good store.

Medinat said hello asked if I needed help and if I wanted a drink. I asked for an explanation which was provided clearly and once I had narrowed down my selection choice tested a few of the beds. Service was good, helpful, knowledgeable and wasn't pushy.

We were unsure about buying as we need a lot of help upon delivery i.e. dismantling and assembling - we are old and unable to move anything ourselves - your assistant Medinat was very helpful and assured us the delivery people would be able to do everything for us which made us make a purchase. I hope they are as helpful as she has said.

Medinat was first class and made our visit to the store very welcoming. In addition to the great service and price the store team were running a small charity fund raiser also the sign of a great well led team.

The assistant Cyd was more than helpful and understood my needs and wants and was able to recommend a bed that exceeded my expectations and was ata all times friendly and helpful and understanding

When we arrived we were greeted by Ali who answered our questions regarding the best quality bed for the price we wanted to pay. He was very knowledgeable on the various beds and mattresses in the store and help us in making our decision.he was very helpful and friendly. Michael Meerloo
