Dreams - New Bromley

I really liked the way we were helped by Mel in the Bromley store. She let us take our time to browse and choose the products, checking in with us every now and then to see if we needed any help. Friendly staff in store when we entered and all wearing masks. Disposable paper towels given to us place over the pillows and bottles of water offered. Staff were knowledgeable and helped us to choose a lovely new bed and mattress.

We had great experience. Reece(Assistance) clearly explained all the specification and we placed the order that day itself. Highly recommended for assistance, quality, price and satisfaction.

The staff was very attentive.He gave me time to look around and was helping with the questions as I asked.He explained how the bed works and asked me questions about my sleep position to ensure I choose the correct mattress.

We were acknowledged by Ian straight away and showed different options of what we were looking for, then asked if we would like to test what would be more suited to our sleeping patterns.

We deliberately travelled back to Bromley store hoping that Mel would be in the store and sure enough she was. She's a very very helpful lady and stayed well after closing time for us to make a decision with her lift home waiting outside. We bought beds from her before and we will be coming back to sort pillows duvets when she's in store!

Highly satisfied with service at Dreams Bromley. We made a call to the shop before travelling to make sure the bed we want is in the showroom on the display. We were advised on busy times and when to avoid traffic as the shop is on the highstreet. Very happy with customer service, Order was placed very quickly in store, all questions were answered.
