My husband and I came to look at two beds - one for us and one for our 3 year old. We didn’t know anything about the available options, but Ali talked us through everything really clearly and helped us make the right decisions for what we needed. He was very patient and friendly.

Toby the assistant was very informative without being pushy. He gave us plenty of time alone to try out each of the recommended beds and offered us refreshments on several occasions.

We found the experience of buying a new bed very enjoyable. Our sales assistant, Toby, asked what we were looking for, explained the layout of the store and gave us time to browse. He was knowledgeable, patient and efficient and made sure we understood the terms and conditions of our purchase. We look forward to receiving our new bed.

Ali Adan served us and we found him to have the best combination of knowledge about the products but also the ability to step back and allow us to discuss things between ourselves. This we think shows confidence in the items he is selling.

Lynne talked me through the types of mattress ,s she was very helpful .and as thursday was one of the hottest days ,cooled us off with bottles of ice cold water ,very thougthful lady thank you

The service in Bromley store was very good Toby the sales Assistant was extremely patient and took time to help us We was offered bottles water In store I would like to say as a retail assistant that Toby was very combatant at his job and we were very satisfied with service

We told Lynne our budget, she pointed us to the mattresses to try, and took us around to each bed frame. She was pleasant, helpful and offered us a cup of tea. We very much enjoyed our experience, there was no pressure and she gave us time alone to wander until we had decided.
