Dreams - New Bromley

Great friendly customer service and lots of help and advice when choosing our mattresses, this was our second visit trying to decide and each time the customer service was great.

From entering the store we were cordially greeted but with no pressure. We perused the products and when we we’re ready to discuss the sales staff assisted us. All products were discussed and we finally made our choise and placed the order. The procurement process was clearly demonstrated by the salesman.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Product knowledge very good. Medinat helped me when I first went to enquire about a new bed for my disabled daughter. She was very enthusiastic and took me straight upstairs to show me the Francis bed and showed me the fabric sample for the grey colour and also gave me a leaflet about it which was very helpful.

the lady who helped me was called Medinat. she was very friendly, helpful and had a lot of patience, she knew what she was talking about and made it easy for me to choose the right bed. Many thanks to her for her help

I found the assistant very knowledgeable about the products and very much liked his manner also. He was genuinely interested in his work and told me all about the farm wher the wool for the mattresses comes from. I found it all so interesting and made me appreciate all the work that went into making a mattress and feel for me it makes a difference having this understanding of the whole process. I went to Bromley to find a bank that had closed down but was so glad I went into Dreams and meeting this particular assistant really made all the difference and I felt it was meant to be. All hugely significant that day and I look forward to enjoying the bed. I feel the assistant deserves thanks and praise and I liked his quirkiness and good nature.

Really friendly staff, really patient and nothing was too much bother. Talking us through all our options including mattresses, bedroom furniture, other products, payment plans and delivery. Fully understanding that this was a really important purchase for us and just providing excellent all-round customer service on repeat occasions.
