The lady at the Bromley branch was really helpful in helping me choose a new mattress. Explaining the different mattresses to me and giving me a pillow to take round with me while I tried different mattresses. She even asked us if we would like a drink while we went around.

The sales assistant asked if she could help as soon as we entered the store. We browsed, and when we placed our order she dealt with us quickly and efficiently.
