My husband and I and a friend were greeted with a friendly face and a cup of coffee which was very nice. We were left to look around in our own time without feeling overwhelmed . When we needed help, soneone was always readily available. Toby was wonderful. He was friendly and talked us through the different types of beds and mattresses. We felt like valued customers which is what good customer service is all about.

We were in the store for less than 30 mins and received all the information we required to make a selection and complete the order process .What remains is just the delivery process which, if is as efficient we will be most satisfied.

I was given help by the assistant straight away. Left to take my time finding the right mattress and then served very quickly when I was ready to place my order.

Very helpful staff. Took time to find out what I was looking for in a mattress and showed me what was available and explained the differences. Encouraged me to try the beds.

Our Sales Assistant, Toby, was very attentive, polite and helpful. He answered all our questions and helped with complex decision making. A number of times offered tea and coffee. I felt Toby really took his time to make sure we're getting the best possible combination we could get at the store (we were looking for a bed and a mattress for a master bedroom in the loft which required considering lots of factors). I was very happy to Toby's assistance.
