REECE was the young man who helped me choose a mattress.He was a very amicable young man he listened and seemed very experienced and able to advise me. I was very surprised at the high cost of the mattresses and he was able to explain the reason as I was looking for a softer bed than the hard one that I have always had in the past. He was also very patient and did not rush me. Overall a very successful experience

We were greeted both Jason as soon as we walked into the Bromley store. He expertly offered the right amount of support, guidance and information to match our needs/requirements. He allowed us time alone to browse but kept watch and immediately became available when required. The Sleepmatch machine was used and he offered us a drink a few times. He provided a choice of pillows to use and ensured a protective sheet & sanitiser was used. Jason helped to find the best deal available on exactly the right type of mattress (Therapur Actigel Plus Harmonic 2200, worth £1499) plus 4 matching pillows for me and my daughter. Jason provided outstanding customer service and plenty of delivery slot options including AM/PM and a Saturday. We would definitely recommend Jason and Dreams to all of our family, friends and work colleagues. Thank you for the exceptional service.

The shop assistant was very knowledgeable about all the products we were interested in and provided with all the information we required to make an informed decisions about purchase. She was warm and friendly in her approach and allowed time to discuss our options before making our final decision.

I explained what I wanted to purchase, sales person was knowledgeable and friendly, showed me the only type of bed that met my criteria, explained it was available in 2 different fabrics and quite a few colours. Once I decided which I wanted, the order was processed and delivery agreed upon. I was delighted to be listened to and shown exactly what I wanted. I visited the store in early November but was not able to make a decision at that time as i wanted my husband to help me make a choice. On returning to the store on 27th December i was met by the same assistant Mel who immediately remembered me and directed us to the four mattresses I had picked out as a possibility. she answered all questions we had which helped us make our decision. Our disappointment was that the mattress we finally decided on was one of the few that was not on sale in the store.
