The colleague were very helpful and friendly. We were given a very quick delivery date which was a pleasant surprise. Also the staff weren't too pushy and respected our desire to look at our own pace. This was instrumental in our decision to buy, as we didn't feel pressured or hassled.

I was impressed with the knowledge of Colin the sales assistant, he was not pushy and arranged for us to use the machine to find us the most appropriate mattress for our needs. After that we tested 3 mattresses and Colin pointed out all the features for us, making the decision really easy in the end

The girl who helped us was really friendly and helpful, despite her being new to the role. We felt that she couldn’t do enough to help us
