The assistant, Lucy, is fairly new but her knowledge was really good and on one particular question we asked, she was quick to find the answer for us.

Keith the retail assistant was very helpful and had much knowledge when it came to understanding brands, size and quality of beds / mattresses. He was patient and understanding of our needs and fulfilled what we were seeking to purchase.

We were asked it we weren't too hot as it was a nice day would we like a drink would the kids like a snack and Colin in miltonkeynes store was exceptional in all areas

We wondered into the store, to ask a question about a European bed mattress. Your assistant Sarah, was friendly, informative and knowledgeable. We wandered around some other stores, but due to her knowledge and attitude and attention, we came back to Dreams. Unable to find the mattress we wanted easily, we decided on a whole new bed, and Sarah assisted us throughout the whole process with care attention and guidance. I really cannot praise her enough (and I work in sales so often see the sales pattern) Superb, Superb, Superb....... cant wait for the bed to be delivered !

The staff when we arrived to the store was very friendly and helpful. When going over the purchase of the bed and frame, Charlie was extremely helpful and helped us choose the best bed possible.
