The staff were so helpful but especially Sarah who sold the bed. She listened she advised, she was knowledgeable, she was warm and friend, she took her time and really tried to help as she knew we did not have a budget and it was a difficult situation. Basically, Sarah is a lovely lovely lady who doesn't just sell or try and get you to sell like some people do, she is very attentive and just connects with people on a human level and talks in general One other thing I noticed was how she approaches smiling, and speaks with a very relaxed soft tone of voice. Please look after your staff as if you have loads more Sarah's you should make sure you pay them well and look after them because she is who sells Sarah surpasses my expectations Please pass this on to her. I came on my own on the first visit and was greeted by Keith who looked after me very well, explaining all options. I brought my husband on the second visit and again Keith was extremely helpful and efficient right through to the purchase of our new bed.

Good selection of beds available to test and clearly displayed with information and pricing. Polite staff member explaining the types of mattresses/bases/headboards available. Quick and simple process when purchasing and organising the delivery date.

We have previously purchased a Bed and Tempur mattress from Dreams and did not waste our time looking elsewhere when we needed a new Bed for our spare room. The Staff (Colin) gave us sufficient time and space to select a short list of products and then helped us to make our final choice using his experience of the products on our list.

I was shopping with my Mum and Dad for a new mattress for me. Even though I'm only 11 Sarah treated me like a grown up. She did the sleep analysis with me and got me to check all the details of the order. Sarah was brilliant! My Mum and Dad also thought she was really good.

Keith was great. Would definitely buy from him again. Was very informative, friendly and Mo was good too.
