The store was well laid out with lots of friendly staff. Got offered drinks and dom took the time to find out our needs and find the perfect bed for us.

Colin, your sales guy, helped us right through the choice, selection and purchase processes, adding his knowledge were pertinent. The checkout problem we had was with my card supplier, not your issue, and Colin made sure we had gone through all avenues to overcome the problem. The whole experience was great and would gladly return to your store.

Knowledgeable staff friendly without being pressured into buying

Dom at Milton Keynes branch had taken the time to run a test for us which determined which mattress and pillow combo would be the best for me and my partner, then helped us by showing which mattresses are the best for us. After trying 5 different ones we were set on a mattress and pillows. Dom then closed the sale with us being very helpful all the way through, also giving us a bonus protector and a duvet for the money spent. Overall amazing experience, all staff were very helpful and friendly and I will certainly be back. Thanks guys!

Sales assistant was very helpful and friendly, answered all questions fully and even when the question were repeated he stayed patient. Explained the cover available and did not push it onto us.

It do helps to make a proper decision that suit our needs, we come the next day to clarify the questions about the drawer of Divan. Keith was helpful to make the adjustment.
