The service was excellent. The salesperson was knowledgeable about the product and I didn't feel pressured to make a decision about what I needed to purchase. The whole experience was brilliant with no negatives.

Colin was great. The sleep machine was fantastic and gave us a lot of information to find out perfect bed. Really happy!

The lady wasn't pushy and was very knowledgeable about the products. She gave me time to actually lie on the mattresses and find one that suited me. Very Nice lady.

Sarah made our experience highly satisfactory. From start to finish, she helped us to make sense of a bewildering selection of beds and mattresses and to narrow down our choice to a manageable number. She is highly knowledgeable and was able to explain in detail the advantages and disadvantages of particular mattresses given my back condition. She was very professional and not pushy. If only all sales experiences were this good!

The Salesman (Colin) was very friendly and helpful. It was also extremely useful to have the bed to lay on which decides which matress i.e. soft, medium, firm, that would be best.

We were greeted as we walked through the door, asked what we were looking for and directed to mattress analyser(?) the process was explained clearly. After we were shown the recommended mattresses which we were able to try out. Colin was very knowledgeable about the products which gave us confidence. We made our choice then proceeded to order & payment. This process was easy and quick. The whole experience was very smooth and would recommend to anyone looking to buy a bed/mattress.
