We were highly satisfied due to the care and attention that was given from the sales assistant, Colin...he was fantastic and gave us the time we needed, it was a pleasant experience from start to finish and would highly recommend to a friend.

I explained to the salesman my requirements and he went out of his way to help even though he knew that I was moving house and could not yet place the order.

Nothing specific. The general experience of shopping for a bed frame was good.

The Associate gave us many options to choose from, advising what would suit us best, based on what we said. There no forcefulness in making a decision but once we had, the process was very swift. Charlie was extremely helpful throughout the whole process.

We had been in previously to look at options so pretty much knew what we wanted already on this occasion. The Sales Assistant who helped us (Keith) initially asked us if we needed assistance when we came into the store and I told him that didn't at that point so he happily left us alone but came back over when it was clear that we were ready to proceed with making a purchase. He offered us drinks and answered all my questions clearly and concisely.

Attentive and knowledgeable staff. Excellent customer care. Offer of drinks (tea, coffee & water) very nice gesture. Sales team not too pushy either but provided support when needed.

After working round every bed shop in Milton Keynes we went here last. In hind sight I wish we had started here. Amazing service. Amazing mattress purchased. We won’t go anywhere else from now on. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. Thank you.
