The customer service was exceptional, the staff member stayed behind to deal with our needs. Would highly recommend the MK store.

Charlie was great. She was friendly from the moment we entered the store. Extremely knowledgable and helpful. She made us a cup of tea while we went to look around upstairs. Before we came back down she was stopped by another customer but she made sure we got our tea and another colleague answered some questions for us before she quickly returned

We visited the Milton Keynes branch and were greeted by Sarah who took the time to understand our needs, helped to educate us on some important areas and, utilising the Sleepmatch tool, identified suitable pillows, mattress and bed frame for us. She was patient with our 2 1/2 year old daughter who was with us, gave us the time and space to discuss our options and opinions and facilitated a clear and smooth sale.

I was served straight away we discussed what I was looking for I was asked to take a seat and offered a drink, very impressed!

Once entered the MK store couple of days ago, myself and my daughter were approached by Keith, who made us feel very welcome. The overall experience was great, we got everything we needed and I must say, I would highly recommend “Dreams” and definitely will be back in the future!

We found a great bed base for our budget, and a mattress for better than half the price. Keith was a great sales person and very helpful and professional, not too pushy either which is what we love, and will keep us in the store. Keith was very knowledgable and a great asset to your team.
