Assistant knowledgeable, friendly and not 'pushy'. Ascertained my budget and was aware of that. Left alone to browse to begin with which I appreciated.

Excellent example of customer service knew when to stay and when to go also knew the products in the store. It is gratifying to know there are people such as Keith in customer facing roles. If I were his manager I would think about promoting him as he is a definite asset to your company.
