The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and very patience.

The store was relatively empty so we felt we had time and space to browse before we were asked if we needed help. The help we received was great, not too pushy, just informative and helpful. We were really pleased with the whole experience which we had found stressful in the past.

Received attention straightaway - a seemless process from identifying mattresses and ordering one. No pressure to buy the most expensive mattress!
