Very friendly and welcoming staff. Hospitality was great, was offered drinks on arrival. The sales staff Dom had very good knowledge of all beds.

Dom was very friendly and knowledgeable, having never bought a bed before he guided us smoothly through the process. The sleep sensor gave us confidence that the mattresses shown were going to meet our needs. The hot chocolate was delicious too.

Charlie was great, very knowledgeable. On hand to answer questions but gave us space so we didn't feel like it was a hard pressure sell.

Good customer service including good advice. Customer service team were very patient too.

I dealt with two members of staff, one sales lady it was only her second day but she was great, she didn't try and blag it. She was open and honest. The next sales guy was really good and knowledgeable. Very helpful and not pushy

Very helpful staff. Took time to make sure we had all the information we needed to choose the best product for us within the criteria we gave. No question was a problem. I believe the lady serving us was called Charlotte. She was extremely helpful & quite knowledgable considering she had only been with the business a few weeks & when she didn’t know the answer she checked with her manager who was also very helpful.
