My experience in your Milton Keynes store was excellent. Covid safety arrangements were clearly in evidence and it was good to see all staff were wearing masks. Keith, who served me, demonstrated very good Customer Care being polite, friendly and clearly very knowledgeable about your products. He gave me plenty of assistance but also left me alone when I asked for that in order to take time to retry suitable mattresses and make a final decision. He is an exemplary salesperson and a real credit to your store. Placing the order in store was very straightforward and I was impressed by the excellent value of extra items like pillows and the Warranty Cover. All in all it was a real pleasure to purchase from you a d I look forward to delivery of my new mattress.

Although it was quite busy the showroom felt spacious and the staff were very welcoming. Felt covid safe too with the tissue for pillows and sanitiser at door.

Our sales assistant Charlotte was absolutely lovely and very knowledgeable. She took us through the sleep test and then showed us the corresponding mattress recommendations. We ended up buying the third one we tried but the second one we tried was great too. She obviously knows her job and saved us trying every bed in the store to find the one right for us. Fantastic Service and we'll come back the next time we need a bed!

We knew what we were looking for and went into the Milton Keynes store and were greeted by a sales assistant called Charlie. She was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable to our needs and helped us make a very easy purchase memorable. We will definitely recommend this store to our friends and family. Thank you.

Welcomed as soo as we entered, shown where products were then left to browse until we needed information. We misunderstood the pricing for our first choice but we’re shown other options. Charlotte who served us was patient, helpful and we had very good service from her
