The assistance we received from the sales person was very professional. Extremely knowledgeable, understood what we were looking for and identified the products immediately. As a salesperson he was not to flash and pushy as we experienced in competitors outlets. As customers we were given time alone to make a decision as to what product was suitable for us.

I Didnt feel pressured at all, which is what you normally get in stoes when you are thinking of making a purchase. Peter made us a drink and told us to take our time. He went and gor pillows for us to try and was very helpfull and polite

Colin, who mainly assisted us, was friendly polite and highly knowledgable about the products. He answered our questions clearly and briefly. He was not pushy at all and allowed us to wander around and discuss things on our own. However, he was there when we had a question. Likewise, other staff were also very helpful.

We already had a good idea.f the product we wanted before visiting the store. Your staff member Peter was very helpful in assisting us to finalise our decision. He was very polite and knowledgeable and made our ordering very easy and straightforward.

Charlotte approached us as we entered the store and stayed with us until we purchased a mattress . She was very knowledgable and made the whole process very easy. She persuaded us to buy some additional items too. I was surprised that she was a new starter - the combination of personality and training certainly pays off! Well done .

The member of staff I spoke to (Sarah) took the time to listen to what I needed and listened to my situation. She was able to offer me a couple of mattresses and quote me the best possible price. She asked another colleague to help me get the mattress into my car. I was really pleased with the support she gave and that she was able to find everything I needed.

The sales assistant was new but I was unaware until she told me. Her manner and knowledge had me thinking she was already a long standing employee. Customer service was perfect and even when she did need help her colleagues were able to do so quickly and easily, and also in a friendly way.
