We went in to the Milton Keynes shop and was greeted by Keith, who was very friendly but not pushy and pointed us in the right direction to the product that we wanted to look at, once we were happy with the bed we had seen we then approached him and he talked through it with us and helped select the right mattress. He is a very good salesman and a credit to your business!!

The product knowledge of the sales consultant, Dom, was excellent and his time investment and ability to be consultative rather than salesy was excellent too.
