Dreams - Milton Keynes

I was very pleased with the customer service I was given throughout my visit and purchase.However just slightly displeased by the 10 week wait for my new bed.

We were approached and greeted by Colin in the Milton Keynes store. He was very friendly, polite and helpful. After matching our mattress needs, he took us to several bed options that suited our style. He was very informative and knowledgable, and we ordered a mattress for ourselves and a children’s one for our son with ease. Very happy with the process from start to finish

We were served by Charlotte Dear. She was incredibly professional and let us go at our own pace. We felt unpressured to buy which made us more comfortable in taking our time to decide on the right purchase for us. Charlotte was very knowledgeable and showed us a variety of products that may suit us. She also gave us options that we hadn’t thought of. Many thanks for an enjoyable shopping experience.

Colin looked after us really well. He greeted us as we arrived and helped abs advised us throughout the whole process of choosing a mattress, bed and headboard. Gave good advice about pillows and listened to our preferences and advised us accordingly. First class service from a member of staff that gives excellent customer service and knows the products he is selling.

I was pleasantly greeted and my request was given immediate attention. Colin was very helpful and held an expert knowledge of the products on offer. I found exactly what I wanted and even bought a few extras to accompany my new bed and mattress. His colleagues offered and made me an excellent coffee whilst I was completing the paperwork and the expected date of delivery worked out to be just right. I would seriously recommend this store as the one to visit if you require good advice and stylish furniture.

Colin in the store who dealt with us was very knowledgeable polite. Made sure we had everything we needed.
