We had a quick look around the store, but soon became overwhelmed by the different types of matres. I found a colleague, and informed her that we were looking for a matres of a certain type and how much our budget was. Immediately the lady led us to a set of matres options and explained the merits of each. This helped a great deal and we were able to make a decision. The colleague was very helpful and freindly, and not pushy, letting us go at our own pace.

We knew what we wanted but didn’t expect to fine exactly the bed we wanted & in the colour straight away,

We weren't sure what we wanted or was best for us and the assistant was able to get the right information to select what we needed, didn't push was informative and helpful

Sarah was very helpful without being intrusive with an excellent knowledge of the product. It made the purchase of the bed very easy although we did know which one we wanted. The actual paperwork was seamless.

Had great help looking for what I specifically wanted. The price of the item I wanted was also affordable. The ability to test mattresses before purchasing one was the most important aspect as I didn't want to buy a mattress blind to how it's supposed to feel. All in all I was happy that I got to find and test for the exact mattress I wanted.

We were given time to look around the store unhindered before staff offered assistance and advice without pressure.

This is the second time we have ordered from Dreams in recent months. Really good product knowledge and customer service. Also very pleased with the quality of our first bed, and the easy assembly. Also nice to support a local business.

It system in store kept crashing and the sales manager was having to keep several customers and staff calm. Whist trying to sort the problem with IT support.
