Initially spoke to Sarah at Winterhill. I made it clear that I wouldn’t be buying anything there and then and was just looking. She couldn’t help enough and spent time, that wasn’t and didn’t feel over bearing. I later went back with my partner and saw Peter who had an equally brilliant customer service mentality. I ended up buying a mattress and pillows there and then. Both were extremely helpful.

Colin was at hand and very helpful He suggested that I use sleepmatel And then showed me the various beds that were suited to me I found him very polite

Sarah was lovely we had coffee. She did not worry us when we first got there. Sarah is brilliant she showed us all that she thought would like.

Peter was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about beds and used the dream measuring bed to indicate suitable beds for my wife to try in store. An excellent service - price was higher than I had thought - but quality costs outside of Black Friday or a Sale....

Mo Miah (MM84) was very helpful in assisting us, guiding us through the Sleepmatch survey clearly, identified a choice of mattresses suitable from our Sleepmatch profile and at no time pressured us into completing our purchase, This was refreshing as other furniture stores sometimes have staff that follow you around the store. Once we selected our mattress we completed our purchase taking advantage of the buy now pay in 9 months promotion, and Mo clearly guided us through the final purchase process.

Being able to identify which mattress I needed straight away was excellent, not being overwhelmed and only having five mattresses to assess was good. The assistant, Colin, was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Immediately had support and given coffee straight away and they had decaf coffee in mugs fantastic. The sales person was super lovely and new everything about the products and more. Wonderful service.

Very nice lady . Knowledgeable and listened to all our requirements.
