We were able to park right outside the door. Walked in and were politely greeted by Colin. We explained what we were looking for and Colin took us to the SleepMatch machine and guided us through the process. Once complete, Colin took us through the results and suggested mattresses for our needs. We tested several mattresses in order to establish which we preferred and Colin told us about each of those that we tried out. We discussed our thoughts with Colin and together made our decision. Colin escorted us to his desk where he kindly made us both a coffee whilst we went through the purchase process. He explained all the steps along the way and we opted for 10 months interest free credit. We also opted for the full recycling option of our current mattress. We were extremely pleased with the lead time of less than two weeks. Colin gave us a pack of free pillows too which we were very pleased with. We couldn't have asked for anything better. Thank you Dreams and especially, thank you Colin.

We were greeted by Keith upon entering the store. He was very friendly and helpful talking us through the process of the sleep match and different options. We were offered drinks. Keith had a great balance between knowledge and advising without being too pushy and knowing when to allow us time to think and discuss our purchase privately. I was impressed by the level of service in store.

Very friendly assistant named Colin, who found us our amazing new comfortable mattress. Short delivery times compared to other companies, which is even better as we wanted one ASAP.

Our Consultant was very efficient friendly & made us feel relaxed, he was extremely well informed, we were offered coffee & he answered all our questions We feel we have chosen wisely based on our budget & our Consultants expertise
