Sarah, the sales assistant, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She was also very efficient when placing the order. The mattress assessment machine seemed very effective and identified the right bed for me.

Lucy was so helpful, I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision or buy something I wasn’t happy with. She let me take my time and I felt like she wanted me to choose what was right for me rather than just make a sale

Colin explained us in detail on each and every bed n especially the mattress tester and clearly helped us choose the best mattresses .. we cheerfully got a super king size bed with mattress and king size bed with mattress and mother bunk bed with mattresses … felt very nice as even finances were explained clearly n quick billing !! Extremely happy with service!

Exxcellent service nothing was too much trouble

We knew the base we wanted but we’re unsure about the mattress. The salesperson informed us of the mattresses which could be rolled since we have a problem with height on our stairs and thought a zip and link was the only answer.

Colleague at Milton Keynes store was super helpful (young male, blonde hair with an accent) offered me and my family a hot drink and any questions we asked he answered and gave us all relevant information. Very friendly and made the whole process of buying a new bed so easy!

Colin was friendly. Approached me promptly on entering the store. He knew his stuff and made me feel at ease selecting the right mattress for me. He even offered me a mattress and pillows at a discount.
