On entering the store it was very clear that the company had taken COVID19 safety measure very seriously and that put myself and family at ease. We were greeted by a lovely lady called Dawn. Dawn asked us if she could help us in anyway, we explained we needed a new bed/mattress. We used the bed that helps you determine what mattress is best for us, this was a very pleasant experience. Dawn then showed us around the store to the beds that were recommended to us. Her wealth of knowledge was fantastic and made the whole experience a pleasure. I actually said to Dawn that it was very easy to choose the right bed and that was thanks to her and her help. Thank you Dreams for making the experience a pleasure.
