Staff were friendly, offered a cup of tea and took the time to explain the sleep calibration machine. Went through the result and even got me a pillow to try out all the mattresses, encouraging you to get as comfortable as possible as it’s a difficult decision. Came back a few days later and Anne recognised us immediately and picked up where we left off. Fantastic service from Anne.

Attentive and knowledgeable member of staff (Adam at Middlebrook, Bolton) - who was really help (and not pushy in any way). Great feature of the bed that determined your type of bed - and excellent range of mattresses to choose from.

Anne who greated me as soon as I entered the store was amazing!! She assisted me with what I'd seen online and showed me other options that would suit me for a great price! I'll be returning when I need another bed to see Anne! An asset to the company!

The store is very well laid out which makes things really easy to find. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the tool to find out which mattress is right for us was really useful. The coffees were a nice touch too.

The Staff were amazing in the store, Saf was great and found the perfect frame and mattress! Dawn, Deb, Adam! All a Credit to the business and will definitely be back to speak to them all again for sure! Enjoyed the Drinks! Just needed some Custard Creams!

Spoke to a few colleagues at your Horwich store but Martin and Saf stood out as being really great. Very friendly, knew what they we talking about and efficient in the service they provided. I would definitely go back and see either of them next time I need a new bed!

We used the sleep omelet which was excellent and told us which mattress was best. Anne, the sale assistant, was excellent; friendly, informative. She remembered my sons name and then ours and used them d she spoke to us- a nice personal touch.
