We went to browse and information gather prior too future purchase. We were greeted by Sam who proceeded to find our needs from the visit. He advised us to try your computer generated sleepmatch finder, which we did. He presented the list of advised mattresses and we proceeded to try them out. Throughout our visit Sam was on hand to advise and recommend without sales pressure (We would have walked out if he had) We were offered a coffee and various pillows to also try with the mattress Sam was professional, knowledgeable friendly and was able to answer our queries very well. So much so we felt comfortable to purchase on first visit.

Staff member was polite, helpful and knew what he was doing. He was not pushy, told us what we needed to know and left us space to think. He listened and adapted what he offered accordingly. We were offered drinks etc and made to feel welcome and unrushed. There were clearly adaptations made for coronavirus and all staff were wearing face masks (many other places have staff wearing visors and personally I feel visors achieve absolutely nothing). Other staff whom we had no proper dealings with said hello and were polite as well

Debra the Sales Consultant that dealt with us was a lovely lady, she was very attentive from the moment we walked in the store offering us drinks and telling us about the Dreams Sleepmatch, which we did and she then explained all the matches thoroughly whilst we were guided round the store to test them. When we ordered a mattress the delivery date we wanted was not an issue and the whole ordering process went so smooth. I would not hesitate to return to Debra for any further bed purchases we need and I would definitely recommend her to anyone that was in the market for making a purchase.
