When we arrived at the store we used Sleepmatch. This is absolutely Amazing!! and helped us find the right bed for us. Me & my partner have struggled to find a comfortable matress and didnt know about this until we came into store. This was quick and easy and i have already recomended this to friends and family. We was also advised about the Medical pillows we took these home yesterday and have since used they and i couldnt hesitate enough the comfort you recieved from them - Also Amazing! We told Sheraz we were having work done at home and needed the matress and bed at seperate times and this was not an issue at all. Sheraz made sure we had the matress as quickly as possible and also helped the bed. Sheraz ofered the service of 8 years protection with the bed and for dreams to put this together on delivery. We chose both of these. The Price was perfect and we left extreemly happy. Before we arrived we felt like we didnt know where to even start on finding a comfortble bed at an aforable price and Dreams is the place. No mither just helpful staff.

Knowledge of colleague was brilliant and he took me straight to the mattress I had seen online, he also showed me another two mattresses to compare firmness

Peter and Tony were very knowledgeable about the products and explained everything very clearly. Understood the products and what we were looking for. We were looked after from the time we walked into the store until the time we left. We were offered drinks, different pillows to try and we tried the Sleepmatch system as soon as we walked in. Very polite, which seemed to apply to all the staff. Did not feel rushed and tried many beds out whilst we were there, nothing too much trouble.
