Our visit to the Horwich branch exceeded our expectations. WE were welcomed by Pete who was very attentive but not overbearing. His product knowledge was exceptional and reassuring. Pete listened to our needs and requirements we have. He is very patient as we had a slight issue using the sleep technology bed which was our fault not the system. Once we knew the right type of mattress we required Pete showed the range in the shop but only those that fitted our criteria. I am a salesman with over 27 years experience in technical sales and my wife is a retired retail manage so we have high expectations when it comes to being sold anything. We value good customer service and product knowledge as that is how my wife have been with customers. We had visited one of your competitors prior to visiting this branch it is was a breath of fresh air to be treated so well and and so professionally.
