Dawn was very friendly and greeted us warmly explained the current covid guidelines in store, she listened to our needs and offered the sleep master to try out which was very useful. She explained the results and took us too the different mattress as per our results. One thing I though was a very nice touch is she brought us pillows to try which completed the experience for us. While ordering she offered us a bottle of water while we waited!

The bed i was looking to view was on sale and available for delivery within a week or two. i was the only person in the store which I liked and the I was well looked after.

The Dream Colleague took a lot of time to listen to our preferences and didn't try to persuade us to purchase a particular item. The choice was all ours. Gemma listened to our different needs and was extremely helpful and knowledgable.
