Dreams - Middlebrook

From walking in dreams store we was welcomed by a lovely girl called Gemma. We used the hand sanitiser there was 2 metres apart printed everywhere. Was a very immaculate clean store. We was very impressed. We was allowed to check all the mattresses out to see which we preferred. Also had a go on the massage mattress.

Dawn was highly knowledgable, really helpful and friendly. Her knowledge and experience was fantastic.

Dawn was very friendly and greeted us warmly explained the current covid guidelines in store, she listened to our needs and offered the sleep master to try out which was very useful. She explained the results and took us too the different mattress as per our results. One thing I though was a very nice touch is she brought us pillows to try which completed the experience for us. While ordering she offered us a bottle of water while we waited!
