The staff member who greeted us was courteous, knowledgeable, and listened to exactly what we wanted. He then explained the advantages of each of his recommendations, and then left us to come to our own decision. That made us feel relaxed and not under any pressure. It then helped us to make our choice very quickly and easily. A pleasure to do business with your company.

Our assistant,Eunice, was very friendly and listened to what it was we were looking for, she gave us time to try the products with no 'extra' sales pressure, this allowed us to have personal discussions whilst safe in the knowledge that when we sought her help and advice, she would be available. She was extremely personable and it was actually her that made this trip as satisfying and enjoyable as it was. She had excellent product knowledge,asked quality questions as to what we were looking for, explained the technical elements of the Dream system.
