We was made at ease by store assistant named Peter, we had a bad experience with Benson's and waited 5 months for bed that would never show up. Peter assured us that wouldn't be the case. There was plenty of hand sanitiser and bottles of water for the customers. The store was well spaced out and no pressure was applied by staff. We used the in-store tech to see which type we needed, which was unique. The final process was fairly quick with some good added extras purchased. The finance side was also quick with a decision within seconds. It took around 45-60 mins and was well worth it.

Our Sales Advisor at Dreams Bolton was called Sam. He was extremely knowledgeable and advised us on a mattress that we would have otherwise never contemplated buying. As a result, we spent more than planned but we are confident that it was the right decision and are looking forward to our delivery.
