I was in a bit of a spot because of the new lockdown and was in a rush. From explaining the situation to Dawn I never felt that I was going to leave without what I wanted.

The service in dreams is second to none, always such lovely store assistants and this time was no different, the Bolton branch were attentive and listened so they could better help me get the bed frame I really wanted and patience is an understatement. I was just satisfied with the delivery time due to how long I have to wait do offcoarse put this down to the current situation in the country and is nothing to do with dreams as a company.
