Dawn immediately understood my needs (I was buying for an elderly person). She showed me the test bed and that pointed us to the mattress that I had seen on the website. I took some confidence from this and we went ahead and ordered that mattress with a cover. The delivery date was very timely. All in all a very considerate response from Dawn. We are due to receive delivery on Friday and feel confident in the instructions given about that.

Gemma was extremely helpful in both instances and recognised us on our return. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in choosing our bed and mattress and went the extra mile in caring and making us a brew. Overall, it was a pleasant experience which made purchasing the bed that much better.
