We where tested on the machine before showing usthe results. The salesman showed us several options before recomending a matteress for us. We was pleasantly surprised that the recomended option wasn't the most expensive.

Sales assistant was very helpful. They were keen to help us and offered reasonable alternative suggestions, including more reasonably priced alternatives, which I appreciated.

The sales person (Staf) was very helpful, full of knowledge and helped us to make a confident decision. It was easy to make the decision and purchase and if we need anything else we will be back to see Staf.

Debbie was attentive and listened well to our needs, she was the first staff member to offer help As she could see we was struggling to find the comfort we needed, we tried the bed simulation which measured what was best for us and it was definetly worth it !! I'm very pleased with the outcome and will definetly be purchasing again from here, Debbie was a great help !!!
