I called Tony the Manager at the Bolton branch and he got Gemma to help me find beds immediately for my parents . The mission was difficult to get beds bought ,ordered ,and delivered within a week and before Xmas . The staff at that branch couldn’t do enough to help they were phenomenal and the rest of the staff from the initial call to booking a visit for my elderly parents were just simply brilliant !!! My parents were totally looked after on their visit and got exactly what bed and mattress they wanted .Thanks to Dreams , you really did make all our dreams come true , we managed to move our elderly parents into a new retirement flat , with a stress free process ,seamlessly delivering beds before Xmas .
