Dreams - Middlebrook

Entered the Dreams store on Monday at Middlebrook, Horwich, Bolton. We had a walk around looking for a specific item, we were unable to see it on show, a salesperson, 'Sam' approached us and asked if he could be of assistance. We advised what we were interested in and he advised us on all aspects, pros and cons etc. We eventually decided on another item of divan from what we went in for originally, this then led to trying out the mattress analyser leading to a mattress purchase. Overall both myself and partner felt Sam was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The main thing for me was, he was not pushy, if he had been we would of walked away and spent our money elsewhere.

We initially visited your Middlebrook store a couple of weeks ago to look at a bed frame we had seen online. Once we saw it in person, we were a bit disappointed but Peter helped us find “the one” - we explained it was a bit out of our budget for now, and we’d return after Christmas to purchase. He was really helpful in allowing us to test pillows and mattresses as well, so when we returned to store on 27th December we knew exactly what we needed and Peter helped us to complete our purchase - his service was second to none.

We was with a gentleman called Sam, very helpful listened to what we needed spent plenty of time with us, took us round to plenty of beds so we had a great variety to chose from...

We visited dreams middlebrook in November to browse the beds and to understand budgets etc. The staff at this time were so helpful despite us stating from the offset we were just browsing. We then visited the same store on the 27th December with the mindset we were ordering a bed. Sheraz greeted us and began to understand what we were looking for and the budget we had. I’d say it was relatively modest but not on the side of impossible. Typically for us the bed we wanted wasn’t in an offer but Sheraz worked with us to ensure we stayed in budget but still getting our dream bed. His knowledge and support when it came to the mattress was helpful especially as this was our first rodeo. The whole process was done smoothly and effortless. 5🌟 for Sheraz.

Middlebrook Bolton Not sure what mattresses we needed we used sleep match, Dawn who helped us was very professional and proceeded to take us to the recommended mattresses. She wasn't pushy and recommended trying a variety of different types to check which suited our needs best. We are more than happy with service we received.
