The store had sanitiser on entry - ensuring masks were worn . The member of staff asked what we were looming for and tough price range . We were shown some products which were exactly what i was looking for and in the price range . Order placed snd delayed until we move which made things easier than having to store it somewhere . The staff member was efficient and polite . Were were in the store about 20 minutes - no stress or messing just the way i like it .

The shop was very welcoming. The layout was great and we felt very safe under the covid rules. Staff were very friendly and keen to answer any questions. We was served by Debra in the store. She was very helpful in finding out delivery dates and was able to take our order. The customer experience was very good and we would definitely consider dream's for our next purchase.

Very good service and a good range of stock to choose from.

Staff were helpful and made sure the beds were sprayed with antibacterial product before we tried them. The staff didn't push up to buy and understood we needed time to decide on what we wanted.

Saf was very helpful indeed - a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable.

Social distancing and care taken by staff to reduce any risks were fabulous and made us feel very comfortable and safe. Pete was the member of staff that we dealt with and never did we feel rushed or pressured into anything, he was lovely and polite and listened to what we actually wanted.

The store manager was fantastic, spent time talking to us, recognised us when we returned to store, arranged for someone to assist us (as he was with another customer by then) checked in with us as we left to make sure we had been helped / got what we wanted. Knew his products - we asked about a particular mattress, he advised it was an online only offer, but directed us to one that he advised was so similar you wouldn't know the difference as a customer. We have used this store before and would definitely use them again - although hopefully not too soon as we now have enough beds!
