Dawn who was very helpful as soon as we walked in ,showing us a good selection of beds after we had had the demo,not pushy just very knowledgeable and we came away with the bed of our dreams.

Very honest and friendly not too pushy with the extras and helpful with finding the correct mattress for my needs

The person stayed with me throughout my time in store, they arranged me to use the equipment to analyse which mattress I require then showed me all mattress’s in my price range They didn’t push me into buying something I didn’t like or could afford The mattress I bought was in store to take away which was great and Sam put it into my car without me even asking for help Bolton store (middlebrook) were very helpful

The Sales Assistant was absolutely lovely and showed us our options to help us to decide which beds would best suit my two teenage girls

Peter was very informative. Greeting us pleasantly, offering us a drink of water, pillows to use while trying out suggested mattresses from the sleepmatch. On our return visit we encountered, i think, Sean who was equally helpful to us and informative on lots of other matressss that we also tried until Peter was available. Brilliant retailers both an asset to the shop.
