Great customer service from Sam, he was friendly and knowledgeable about the beds we were interested in purchasing. Professional and polite throughout also nothing seemed too much trouble. We discussed our options and extra insurance available although Sam wasn't pushy in anyway. Sam arranged the delivery date and made sure we were happy with our purchase. Thank you
