Absolutely excellent customer service receive by Gemma who was very informative, polite, not pushy and exceeded my customer expectations. My first time shopping experience with Dreams and I will highly recommend to family and friends.

Very helpful member of staff who was able to work with our budget to get us the bed and mattress we wanted. Was very knowledgeable and we all felt safe being in the store.

We booked an appointment and were seen to immediately. The trial bed was free ofr us straightaway. My husband has dementia and the salesman was very understanding and did not rush us. He spent time telling him what he was doing and why. Although I was nervous of going with my husband i am Very pleased with the visit in every way.

Great assistance and did not feel rushed. It is an important decision to make and we were not pressured but rather advised
