Remote evaluation carried out to guide bed suitability. Staff didn’t jump on us immediately. Good information given by staff relating to product. Left alone just long enough to enable us to have private consultation between myself and husband about choice etc. Quick and easy online ordering, delivery suitability and payment. Polite and respectful sales consultant.

I visited the store 3 times before I made the decision.. each time I was served by Samuel he was absolutely fabulous.. he answered all my questions and explained much more.. I’ve even told a friend who is after a mattress to go in and ask for Sam .. super satisfied.. Also chatted with Tony he too was extremely helpful.. great service.

Good products and customer service

We found the Sleepmatch facility very engaging and useful. Saf was very helpful and patient with us and provided the best suited options. Tony the store manager was excellent and we were sold to the product. The recommendation from Saf was what Sleepmatch recommended. We appreciate that certain products cannot be discounted, but would appreciate more discounts. Overall, it was a very engaging and enlightening trip.

I was welcomed straight away and offered a drink immediately. The lady that assisted me was very friendly and helpful. I went to look at another bed store but came out after 5 mins and returned to Dreams, mainly because of the service I had received when entered the first time. The only reason I have put neither satisfied/or dissatisfied on the quality is because I have not received the product yet. I put Satisfied rather than highly satisfied on a couple of others as I was told the bed cover was 8 years but some of it is only for 5 years. (I found out by reading the leaflet when I got home). Both the lady that helped me the first time I entered, and the Store Manager were very friendly and helpful.

The store assistant Debra was amazing. We didn't have much of an idea of what we wanted but she helped us make sense of all the products and didn't make us feel pushed over our budget which was refreshing. Debra was very conscientious of COVID restrictions which was reassuring to see as our son is vulnerable so we are being extra cautious

The service was excellent and the personal service was first class. Everything was explained about beds and mattresses in detail and given very helpful advice on which products suited our needs with the information we give.

Gemma was excellent in helping use choose the right bed. She provided us helpful advice and answered all our questions. A great ambassador for your company.

Excellent customer service. I had to visit a couple of different Dreams stores (Leeds, Manchester and Middlebrook). Peter in the Middlebrook store was particularly helpful and a really nice guy too. Already recommended to my parents who will be visiting tomorrow.

We were looked after by Sam. He was very knowledgeable, understood our requirements and served us in a very professional manner, being courteous and not at pushy. From walking into store to placing our order he was excellent
