Very helpful member of staff in Peter who helped with everything we needed

Your sales advisor came to our assistance when we entered the store. He politely introduced himself and asked if he could be of assistance. We had not purchased bed mattresses in years and did not know where to start. Pete offered us the opportunity to use your mattress tester, of which we took him up on the offer. Pete escorted us around the store pointing us in the direction of mattresses we may wish to consider. This young man provided us with pillows for extra comfort and protective coverings in light of the Covid guidelines. A good visit all round...we left highly satisfied with the whole shopping experience, purchasing 2 x mattresses, 4 x pillows & a duvet. Cannot wait to sleep on the luxury mattress we purchased and a big thank you for the service and advice Pete offered.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams. I found none of your staff were following me round like the other stores i visited on Monday.A nice lady called Dawn served me .She was very polite and offered my daughter and I a drink . Excellent service .

We made a appointment to see a assistant at 1130. We were approached straight away when we came into store and our assistant was available straight away and explained what we were going to see and asked what we were in store for today.

Staff member understood what we wanted and advised us well with his good product knowledge.

Dawn was very helpful and knowledgable in guiding us to buying a mattress, she offered us a drink and entertained our little boy whilst we tried out mattresses

I went to the store on 1st may 2021 at horwich Bolton hoping to find my new bed. As I entered the store they fallowed all government guidelines for COVID-19 and that made me feel safe straight away. I was in the store less then a minute before Sam who works there asked if I needed help and He did everything possible to help me find the perfect bed. He took me over to the dreams bed match and explained everything what it does, it only takes a few minutes. Sam found me the perfect bed and I couldn’t of been more happier. The delivery wait was a week, I was also very happy with that. Thank you Sam
