Sheraz was really helpful in the Middlebrook store in Bolton. He made me a drink and took the time to explain the stores offerings (products) and payments. The customer service was exceptional and made me feel like a valued customer.

My husband and I visited your Horwich store yesterday, and to say we were satisfied with the customer advisor Debra is such an understatement, this lady was not only informative regarding mattresses, helped us use the sleep machine bed, but, was interested in what we both needed, and her recommendations for what to try, especially as I have fibromyalgia was faultless, I could not recommend this lady enough, her hospitality, understanding, friendliness and even the fact that she " wasnt a pushy seller" who was only interested in her sale n possible commission but actually took the time to listen has made both of us committed to buy from this dreams branch in the future, I could only wish there were hundreds of Debras whenever I shopped, Thankyou Debra x

As soon as we entered the store, Dawn came over and asked us if we needed any help, which we did and she told us everything we needed to know.

It was a pleasant experience shopping at Dreams, Middlebrook, enhanced by the service received from Peter, he seemed very knowledgeable and a well mannered young man, he showed us afew beds which were geared up to my specific problems , he was not too "pushy" which can be off putting, and he explained all the methods of payment ect. very clearly, and the coffee was a nice touch too!
