Dreams - Middlebrook

When we arrived in store we were greeted by Peter and asked if we required any help. We werent to sure what we were looking for and Peter suggested we try out a machine that reccomends what products would be best for us. He talked us through and offered us drinks whilst we discussed our options. We didnt feel rushed or forced into a purchase. The experience was great and when were next in the market we will 100% come back to Dreams.

Staff (Gemma) were polite and helpful. No pushy sales even when we left to look around before returning. Excellent knowledge of products.

Well Gemma was just absolutely a pleasure to talk to and to do business with. She knew how to help me with what i needed.

Dawn helped us with not only which mattress we needed but also showed us a range of mattresses at different prices.

From the moment we, my husband and daughter was with me, entered the store we were approached by a very nice happy friendly girl called Dawn. She gave us her full attention throughout the time we were there. My husband and I were buying a king size bed and my daughter was buying a small double and Dawn gave us the best options for both. We left Dreams very Happy and looking forward to getting our new beds.

The lady that served us was outstanding. I think her name was Debbie. She was phenomenal, not pushy, more than happy to help and is honestly the main reason the visit was so easy and pleasant.

This is the second time we have bought a bed from this store, due to the quality of the bed we had previously. Before we bought this bed, we visited the store twice and was helped both times by the same employee (Sam) he remembered us on our second visit and we found him extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgable. He made our experience very easy and simple.

The sales assistant samual was fantastic very knowledgeable very polite and very professional knew exactly what he was talking about took time with us , never felt pressured by him , Was offered a hot drink , fantastic my granddaughter went the day before to buy a bed and draws she highly rated Dreams and the salesman samual so took me the following day and samual at Horwich store was there to help us again , fabulous experience at Dreams highly recommend to anyone

We went to dreams at last minute just to have w nosey at beds. We received outstanding service from dreams at middlebrook. From the moment we walked into store we was greeted with a friendly face which was Debra. Debra spent time showing us all the different beds and mattresses and answering all the questions we had which was a lot. Debra was very helpful and very friendly and made us feel at ease. We also didn’t feel pressured into buying anything. When we did buy our new bed and mattress we was served by Sam who was approachable friendly and also someone we had a laugh with. His knowledge was second to none regarding the bed we wanted and the mattress. Again we felt very much at ease with the amazing experience we received in store! The coffee and hot chocolate was delicious. Overall our trip to dreams was a very enjoyable experience and the service we received was exceptional. We have already recommended dreams to our family and friends. 5 star customer service. Thank you so much we can’t wait to receive our new bed 🤩
