No hard sell talk. Anne accepted and understood what we required and sold it to us.

We were greeted at the door then left alone to shop until we requested help. I much prefer that, we were hounded at a previous store which stopped me buying off them. The staff at middlebrook were a pleasure to deal with

Sam came over quite quickly and asked if he could help, i explained which bed style i would like, he shown me a few, explained the quality difference. I had my 5 year old niece with me, he was very good with her, while going through which bed i wanted. There was another colleague there(i didnt catch her name) but she was also fantastic. Offered us drinks, kept my niece entertained while we did the purchase. Would definitely recommend the middlebrook branch. Sam had alot of knowledge, very friendly, very professional, wasn’t pushy and was all around fantastic. I would highly recommend

Very clean Eunice who helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly very polite offered us drinks and didn’t rush us

The assistant Eunice was fantastic and went over and above to help us out. She is a credit to the store and herself.

the assistant was very knowledgable & helped us cut out unnessesary wandering around the store not knowing what to look for. she cut out all wasted time & helped us reach a desicision without any worries. very nice lady & very pleasant too.

Assistant Eunice was excellent & immediately welcomed me as I entered he showroom, was friendly, knowledgeable & patient as I faffed about making a decision.

Debbie greeted us and was warm helpful I formative and friendly. Answered all our questions. Atmosphere of store lovely with all staff smiling.
