Saf was available as soon as we walked through the door. He immediately stopped what he was doing when he realised we wanted some help. He knew what he was talking about and give us thinking time without being pushy.

The service I received from the moment I entered the store I can’t fault. I have various physical difficulties which I explained and was shown various mattresses for me to try. I felt completely at ease and didn’t feel uncomfortable when explaining my difficulties. The member of staff who served me was very friendly and polite, very welcoming and understanding.
